The annual field day at Wheeler Elementary is known as Race Day and, because the students are older upper-elementary aged, the students compete in real track and field events. Reed completed in the 200m dash, in which he won his heat, and the long jump, in which he achieved the longest jump in the 3rd grade! He was thrilled to win a ribbon but even more thrilled to hear that his class won the most points and was the winning class for the 3rd grade!
