Saturday School!

No, Reed was not assigned detention; we all chose to spend a few hours exploring the outdoors at Jowonio. Reed is fortunate enough to attend this wonderful school, where lots of learning happens both within the walls of the classroom and outside the walls of the school. Jowonio has a delightful hiking, music and art trail, called Sarah's path, an innovative and accessible treehouse in progress (Reed got to meet some of the graduate students working on it and explored wearing a hard hat), a seasonal daffodil labyrinth, an extensive playground, and Trike Town, where classrooms get to ride bikes through the streets, tunnels and over the bridges of this miniature metropolis!
