Dive In!

We finally got to take our inaugural swim in Booba and Pa's pool last night! Reed was thrilled to swim around the pool and stayed in the water until his lips turned blue (see the final pictures). Willa was cautious and curious and we are sure she will eventually share in her big brother's enthusiasm for swimming!

Row, Row, Row Your Boat

We have recently began canoeing as a foursome. Reed and Willa's Dada paddles, Reed rides in the middle, and Reed and Willa's mom does her best to keep Willa safely in the boat. Here are some photos from our Memorial Day adventure that included a hike, picnic, and paddle around Labrador Pond!

Uncle Kevin and Jenny are getting married this summer and our whole family is so very excited to be part of the wedding party, with Reed as ring bearer and Willa as flower girl.l, of course. We recently threw a bridal shower for Jenny and here are a few of the family photos from the event! Counting down the days until August 10th, 2013!!!!

Make a Wish!

Willa discovered the simple pleasure of blowing on dandelions and watching the seeds float away. We are not sure what she is wishing for, but we do know that our precious family has made our own wishes come true <3

Howdy Partners!

Yesterday afternoon, our farm was home to a few cow-kids, wearing cowboy hats, boots and bandanas. They rode into town on their hobby horses and stayed for a few rounds of horseshoes. Howdy to these delightful little partners!

We planted some additional grape vines last weekend and both kids were grape, er, oops we mean great helpers!
