Climbing the Walls
It was a busy summer with lots of outdoor adventures but every once in a while, Reed and Willa are still climbing the walls.
Objects in the Rear View Mirror
Reed was on the eve of sixth grade and about to turn twelve in this photo. He is almosy as tall as his mom and big enough to sit in the front seat.
Objects in mirror may be closer than they appear. Parenthood should come with this warning. All the feels of growing up hit hard at the end of summer.
The Reel Deal
Willa is happy to take any opportunity she can get to go fishing with her dad and on a warm August afternoon, she was delighted to cast a while in Six Mile Creek in Marcellus!
Flower Girls
Willa and her best friend Maddie got to spend a precious day together this summer making crafts and picking flowers at our farm! These two have been besties since kindergarten and were so happy to learn that they would once again be in the same class for third grade!
Dog is Our Co-Pilot
Reed and Willa wanted to have an adventure with their best friend Stella Blue so we decided to take a drive up to Lake Ontario and let our favorite four-legged swimmer enjoy a much bigger lake than she’s ever swam in before. While she was not a giant fan of waiting for food at Rudy’s, she did love the car ride with her kids and swimming and splashing in the wave of Lake Ontario!
Fish Fry, Bubbles and Big Grins…
