New Schools...
...same sillies. Reed and Willa started at their new schools on the Wednesday after Labor Day!
Looking Back and Ahead
Reed and Willa spent a morning at the end of summer at the Rockwell Elementary playground. Reed just completed three incredible years at this special school and Willa is just beginning her time here as a kindergartner. Reed gave Willa the important playground scoop and they took a moment to sit on a bench to chat and look at Rockwell, the little school with the big heart!

Summer Reading and Blanket Forting
Summer reading assignments got an update this year with e-books and blanket forts!
Great NYS Fair
Our annual fair adventures occurred to this past August. Reed and Willa took full advantage of their ride-all-day bracelets and spent many hours on rides and in the fun house. We also bounced on bungee cords, made butter by shaking cream, fell in love with goats, ate so much, watched shows and sang and danced to concerts (Beach Boys) and Reed and his dad both took the free fall challenge and jumped from a tower 20 feet high onto a mat many feet thick!
Shows and Smiles
Willa and her friend, Annabelle, have gotten to spend a lot of time together this summer and whether they were getting dressed-up and made-up to put on "shows" for us or making melon-smiles, they never failed to put smiles on our faces!
