Springside Farm Fun
This fall, we took our annual trip to Springside Farm, where we explored mazes, slide down giant mountain slides, swung on ropes, zipped down zip lines, raced pedal cars, petted goats and bunnies and rode a farm train.
Tiger Pride
Onondaga Central School's homecoming weekend was in mid-October and Reed happily showed his "Tiger Pride" by wearing his green and white and cheering along the route of the homecoming parade! Next year, as a Wheeler student, Reed may help create and ride on a float. However, this year Reed and Willa displayed their spirit by waving and racing around to collect the handfuls of candy that were thrown their way!
Our Rainbow Dash!
Willa's favorite "My Little Pony" is Rainbow Dash and she requested that her mom knit her a rainbow sweater to wear this fall to match her favorite horse. Rainbow Dash is a spunky, smart, spirited, loyal little pony. Sounds like someone else we know and love!
Starry, Starry Night
For his birthday, Reed received an incredible thoughtful gift of a telescope from his Aunt Jenny and Uncle Kevin. The farm is the perfect place to stargaze and Reed loved using his telescope to explore the night sky this fall.

Barn Partying
For Reed's final birthday party, he invited a group of his his best buddies to a fall festival farm party! We played games in the barn (pin the tail on the donkey), smashed a donkey piƱata, had egg and spoon races (with our eggs, of course) and took a hay ride to the back fields so the kids could pick pumpkins! The party wrapped up with delicious cupcake treats from a new local bakery and Reed was thrilled to have his favorite flavor, red velvet!
