The annual Jowonio Art Experience and Extravagaza was held last week and did not disappoint. Reed and Willa, along with their parents and Mooba, explored various art materials and concepts and rounded off the balmy afternoon with some playground time!

Pancakes and Pajamas, Version 2.0
Last year, Willa had so much fun celebrating her 3rd birthday with her friends at her Pancakes and Pajamas party, she wanted to repeat it again this year. Willa and her friends wore their jammies as they made Fruit Loop necklaces, played Pin the Butter on the Pancake and had a Pancake Relay Race, ate Bacon and Eggs, plus pancakes and fruit and then we all sang to Willa as she blew out 4 candles in a giant, sprinkled donut!
Our Little Big Feet
Reed and Willa were able to only get out and snowshoe a few times this winter (there's not very much snow) but they certainly made the best of it and enjoyed stomping around the farm!
A Truly Frozen Birthday
Willa celebrated her birthday with her family on an incredibly cold, snowy, blustery day. It was so wintery, in fact, that we had to move the whole party from Willa's house to her Mooba's house because Willa's daddy's truck could make it over the hill while other vehicles could not. Willa's great grandma and aunt were snowbound up north but Willa's Aunt Jen and Uncle Kev did make it in from Boston and Willa had a great celebration with them and her Nanas, parents, and brother. We had squash mac and cheese and Frozen cupcakes, just as Willa requested. Despite the snow and ice, Willa had a very happy Frozen birthday!
Four Years...
...of laughter, love, joy, curiosity, caring, energy, excitement and enthusiasm. Happy birthday, Willa-Roo! We love you and your "best smile"!
