Weeeee! Ready or not, Reed turns five today and we hope he embraces today with the same enthusiasm, energy, glee and joy that he brings to each day. Five years ago at 4:40 in the afternoon, we met Reed, fell in love in an instant, and have grown more in love with his sweetness, warmth, and contagious excitement each and every moment. As Reed's mommy tells him every night as we say good night, "Out of all the little boys in the whole wide world, we'd pick you every single time".

"Yesh, yesh, yesh!"
"Yesh, yesh , yesh!" was Willa's response to the question "Do you want to go to Marcellus Park?". Willa and Reed love this park and never turn down an opportunity to play here and a sunny afternoon last week was no exception!

"Driving My Tractor"
"Driving My Tractor" is not only the title of one of our favorite books and sing-along songs in our household; it also could be the soundtrack to many of our adventures.
Sunny-flower Days
Here on the farm, we have been enjoying the last few days of summer weather, sunshine, and warm temperatures. We've been picking sunflowers and apples and enjoying this time when we can spend our afternoons outside and together.
Our Treehouse Kid
Reed started in the Treehouse Room at Jowonio last week. This will be his last year at Jowonio before starting kindergarten and he is determined to enjoy every moment of it!

Ship-Shape
We took a "take-out" cruise on Skaneateles Lake on evening last week. We all shared a pizza and lots of great views of the lake and shoreline as we rode aboard the Barbara Wiles mailboat.
